Fall has fallen, and as we prepare to pull down on plastic for the winter, it gives us some time to reflect.

November 27th – Pint Night Fundraiser at Kalispell Brewing Company, 5-8 pm

December 3rd – Community Meeting at Rockfish Climbing & Fitness, 7 pm

December 13th – Annual Fundraising Party at Montana Taphouse, 6-11 pm
This summer was a busy one for the Coalition board members. Climbing yet again proved to be a pleasant (albeit addicting) distraction, and projects were delayed somewhat. We are happy to announce, however, that board member Joel Handley and Coalition member Stefan Beatty managed to replace a good number of top anchors at Hold-Up bluffs and several routes just to the south. Old bolts were removed and patched, and replaced with burly 1/2″ stainless bolts, stainless Fixe hangers and shiny new chains. The classic Heart of Stone has been nicely reequipped as well. Great work guys!
With the change in seasons, we’ve gotten more time to refocus on our efforts to improve our areas and listen to the community. That being said, we’ve created a short survey to find out what you all want to see happen regarding re-bolting efforts
