The NWMTCC attains 501(c)(3) status

Our newfound coalition is now an official non-profit organization.

Why does this matter? Aside from the obviousness of officialdom, this status now makes all of your donations tax-deductible. It also qualifies us for grants from climbing and conservation organizations, like the American Alpine Club and the Access Fund. With their support and yours, we can fund projects that will spruce up our crags and keep climbers safer for generations. We are now open for membership applications as well.

What’s in a Coalition Membership?

For $20,  donors will get a sticker, email updates about Coalition projects, and the knowledge that their contribution just got everyone a shiny new set of chains on one of our beloved local routes. How sweet is that?
